<p>You are welcome to visit any of Kela’s own customer service points and any municipal service point.</p>

<p>Some customer service points you can only visit by appointment. You can book an appointment by <a href="https://www.kela.fi/call-kela">calling our customer service number</a>. It is not possible to call Kela’s individual customer service points. For advice over the phone, <a href="https://www.kela.fi/call-kela">call our customer service number</a>.</p>

<p>When you visit a Kela customer service point, bring proof of identity, such as your passport or driver’s licence. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you need a specific power of attorney from that person and proof of your identity.</p>

<p>Voit asioida missä tahansa Kelan omassa palvelupisteessä tai kunnan asiointipisteessä.</p>

<p>Ta med dig ett identitetsbevis, exempelvis körkort eller pass, när du besöker ett FPA-serviceställe. Om du sköter en annan persons ärenden behöver du en specificerad fullmakt av personen i fråga samt eget identitetsbevis.</p>
